There are a number of ways to submit prayer requests.

• A sheet is circulated around a different area of the congregation each Sunday morning during worship. These are brought forward and shared aloud during the Prayers of the People by the worship leader.
• Immediately following the service, we invite those with prayer requests to come forward to the chairs near the stained glass window for prayer offered by a prayer team.
• You can also write a brief prayer request in the form below which will be forwarded to the prayer team or ministers. If you wish the prayer to be added to the spoken prayers of the congregation, please indicate.
