This is a fitness program for seniors 55 and over. A registerd fitness instructor will lead you in exercises to increase strength, flexibility and improve balance, using bands, light weights and chair exercises. This program runs Mondays from 10:30 to 11:30 and Fridays from 11:00 to 1:00. Fridays program includes fitness for the first hour followed by fellowship and lunch. Cost: Monday = $3.00 Friday full program = $5.00 As physical activity increases, the benefits of better physical and mental well being are realized.
